Fuel Gas Requirements
- Acceptable Pressure: 7 ~ 30 kPa.
- CH4 Content: ≥ 85%.
- Gas Quality:
- Must not contain free water.
- Must not include free materials; impurities size ≤ 5 μm.
Operating Conditions
- Ambient Temperature:
- Range: -10ºC to +40ºC.
- For temperatures below -20ºC, antifreeze or hot water is required.
- Relative Humidity: < 90% (at 20ºC).
- Altitude: ≤ 500m.

If the applied gas is not Natural Gas, please contact customer service for specific operating requirements.
H2S will cause corrosion to engine components. It's better to control it below 130ppm if possible. However 200ppm is also acceptable.
Silicon can appear in engine lubricant oil. High silicon concentrations in the engine oil can cause heavily wear and tear on engine components. Engine oil must be assessed during CHP operation and oil type must be decided according to such oil assessment.

Delivery time:
Within 40 days after receiving deposit.
Payment
T/T, 30% paid as deposit before production, 70% paid as balance paid before the shipment.
Warranty
We shall provide a warranty of 6000 running hours or 12 months from B/L date (whichever comes first), covering all manufacturing defects. We replace damaged parts caused by manufacturing faults or defected parts/materials, but excluding consumables parts and damageable parts due to customer's incorrect man-made operation. After expiration, we still provide technical and spare parts support with cost for maintenance.
Training and commissioning service
Free training can be provided in the factory by our gas power generation engineers. The training focuses on gas genset application, operation, and maintenance.
We can also send engineers to Customer's genset location site to do gas genset commissioning.
