 All-In-One integrated structure, with a rated energy of 2170kWh and a rated power of 1000kW. The system consists of 9 liquid-cooled battery clusters of 1P240S 314Ah cells, 9 modular bidirectional power converters (PCS), 1 vertical 40kW liquid cooling unit, 1 aerosol fire  extinguishing system, 1 dynamic environment monitoring system and 1 container-level EMScontrol system. Each battery cluster is composed of 5 battery packs and 1 high-voltage box and each battery pack is made up of 3.2V 314Ah cells connected in 1 parallel 48 series configuration.

POC cabinet is mainly divided into three parts: AC collection,  auxiliary distribution, and  energy management system (EMS).   1. AC Output and Grid Connection: The AC output side of PCS cabinet in the system is connected externally through the AC frame circuit breaker in the distribution cabinet; the container is connected to the power grid through the distribution cabinet.   2.Core parameters: the output specification is AC400V/50 (60) Hz,  supporting three-phase four-wire system to connect to the low-voltage  power supply network.   3.System configuration: AC pooling system is equipped with main switch and surge protector.   4.EMS function (integrated in the container)  Responsible for container system data collection, monitoring, information uploading and instruction receiving;  Realising communication interface with third party systems.

 

        EMS Platform can monitor of PCS,BMS,air conditioning in real time.It can adapt charge and discharge strategies to achieve energy peak and valley arbitrage.Reducing customer electricity costs. EMS series products adopting an integrated architecture design, the system is suitable for user-side ESS, microgrid and PV-plus ESS and more. It ensures that the system operates optimally at all times, maximizing overall benefits and shortening ROI
