Washing Parts

<1> All rinse heads are crafted from premium 304/316 stainless steel, utilizing a water spray injection design to conserve water while providing superior cleanliness. <2> Equipped with 304/316 stainless steel grippers fitted with plastic pads, these components significantly reduce the risk of bottle damage during washing. <3> The washing pump is also made from 304/316 stainless steel, ensuring durability and reliability.

Filling Parts.

1/ An innovative change in barrel handling; transitioning from a 45-degree angle to a translatory motion for enhanced stability during uploading and dropping.
2/ The nozzle is engineered to penetrate 10-15cm into the barrel, effectively rinsing away small impurities. Each rinsing pump is independently regulated by distinct magnetic valves, activating only when a barrel is present.
